In just a few short days, the New Year will be upon us. This means it is time to think about resolutions for next year! But what should you resolve to do? In honor of 2022, we have 22 resolutions for this new year!
Resolutions:
- Practice mindfulness daily
- Start meditating
- Find ways to become a better employee/boss
- Don’t procrastinate on assignments
- Skip the daily Starbucks run
- Set up a savings account
- Set aside money for savings
- Drink more water
- Find a fun form of exercise
- Cut back on junk food (This is on my list!)
- Create more time for friends
- Be more assertive and vocal about your needs in a relationship
- Try to make new friends
- Volunteer your time
- Invest in yourself and learn new things
- Take a trip solo
- Challenge yourself physically
- Challenge yourself mentally
- Read a book a week
- Create a self-care routine
- Be more forgiving of yourself and others
- Have fun this year!
