As you know I am a self-love enthusiast. Affirmations help me to maintain a positive mindset and serve as reminders of my worth. I have created my own list of 5 positive affirmations which has helped to strengthen my resiliency. Organizing this into my daily morning routine is something that I have been working on, and I hope that they are able to help you kick start your day in the way that they have helped me to.
- I am fueled with gratitude and enthusiasm for another day on this earth.
Sometimes we take life for granted and I think it’s fair to say that we all have been guilty of this. We forget how short life actually is as we often spend more time mourning about the bad, instead of celebrating the good. Are you ready to live a happier life? No matter what, never forget to count your blessings.
- I am worthy of love, happiness and respect because my heart is pure and full of love.
Life is no fun if you spend time accepting and settling for less than you deserve. Everybody is a work in progress but you are in control of shaping your future. Remind yourself of this everyday.
- My intuition is telling me that something wonderful is about to happen.
My best days are yet to come because my story isn’t over yet.
- Today I am going to put my passion to work with confidence, knowing that I can do whatever is necessary to achieve greatness.
We all deal with rejections, failures, setbacks and uncertainty, but some of us continue to strive as we believe that as long as we stay focused and keep moving forward, everything will work itself out. I am proud to admit that I am one of these people. Believe that you have what it takes to achieve greatness, and greatness is what you will receive. Self-doubt kept me stagnant, but self belief has taken me to places I used to dream about visiting.
- I love the features on my face, the size of my body, the shade of my skin and I am grateful for the things that my body is able to do.
Why is it that we spend more time admiring the beauty in others, rather than cherishing the beauty within ourselves? We must never allow anyone to determine how much of a beautiful person we are.
To be pretty is to be yourself… because no relationship, no matter the nature will ever be worth more than you being yourself. And so, If you’ve ever felt like a misfit, it’s time to slay in your own uniqueness.
Do you use affirmations? What are some of your favourites?
I hope you have a fabulous day!
